Refund policy

Due to health and safety regulations, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on opened tea blends or consumable goods. Unopened pouches in their original sealed condition may be returned within 30 days of delivery.

If your package arrives damaged, defective, or with missing items, please contact info@theruckerromance.com within 7 days of delivery with photos of the package, and we will immediately send a replacement or issue a full refund.
