Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns. However, your purchase is backed by our 30-day money back guarantee. If you're not satisfied with your purchase, email us at info@theruckerromance.com within 30 days of delivery with your name and order number to request a refund. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
When will I get my order?
Orders are typically delivered within 3-5 business days. Once your order has shipped, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Please keep in mind carrier delays, holidays, or severe weather may occasionally affect delivery times.
Where are your products sourced?
Our products are thoughtfully sourced from trusted suppliers in the U.S. and around the world. Sourcing varies by product. For example, the Greek Mountain Tea in Cretan Embrace is sourced from an all-woman farm in Greece. You can find specific sourcing and ingredient information on each product page.
How much does shipping cost?
Standard U.S. shipping is $6.99. We also offer free standard shipping on orders of $60 or more. Your available shipping options and final shipping cost will be displayed at checkout before you complete your order.
What should I do if my order arrives damaged or incorrect?
Please email info@theruckerromance.com with 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the package and items received. We'll work quickly to resolve the issue.
